요정의 나라 filament의 아득한 남쪽에 있는 펌프킨 왕국에서는, 마력을 숨긴 국보 「물위로」의 힘에 의해 사람들은 모두, 평화롭게 살고 있었습니다.
그런 어느 날, 왕실1의 말괄량이딸(아가씨) 「어플리」는, 「물위로」가 가지는 마력에 의해 자신의 소망을 만족시킬 수 있도록,
한밤중에 남몰래 성으로부터 꺼냈습니다.
그런데 , 돌연 일어난 회오리바람에 의해, 어플리는 「물위로」라고 모두, 거리 빗나가고의 숲까지 날려 버려져 버렸습니다.
게다가, 깨달으면(자) 수중으로부터 물위로가 없어져 있지 않습니까! 자, 큰 일 , 어플리는 당황해 「물위로」를 찾기 시작했습니다.
