Tank Battalion (c) 1980 Namco.
Tank Battalion is a multi-directional shooter arcade video game.
The player, controlling a tank, must destroy 20 enemy tanks in each level, which enter the playfield from the top of the screen. The enemy tanks attempt to destroy the player's base (represented on the map as an eagle), as well as the player's tank. A level is completed when the player destroys all 20 enemy tanks, but the game ends if the player's base is destroyed or the player loses all his lives.

[ 기본 조작 방법에 대해 ]

○레바
　4 방향 레바로 조작
○버튼
　A 로 대포를 발사. 화면상에 일발만
　발사 가능해, 련 쏘아 맞히고는 할 수 없다.
적전차를 전멸 시키면 1 라운드 클리어
된다(적전차의 나머지는 화면 우하에 겉(표)
시). 사령탑이 파괴되는 or 해 섬
와 즉게임 오버.


[ 캐릭터 ]

○옐로우·탱크
　플레이어의 조작하는 전차.
○사령탑
　3 방향의 벽에 둘러싸여 있는, 플레이
　야가 지켜야 할 사령탑.
　이것이 파괴되는지, 또는 파괴해
　끝내면(자) 게임 오버.
○벽돌
　플레이어, 적전차 모두 파괴하는 일
　하지만 가능. 파괴해도 득점은 들어가지 않는다
○블루·탱크(30~1600pts)
　적전차. 성능은 옐로우·탱크와
　거의 같지만, 가끔 2련 비쳐 오는 타
　크도 존재한다.

○보통, 블루·탱크를 파괴하면(자)
　300 pts 정도이지만, 바로 정면으로부터 접근
　해 파괴하면(자) 1600 pts 들어간다.
○블루·탱크의 총알은 플레이어의
　총알로 상쇄할 수가 있다.
○라운드 패턴은 전 8 패턴, 10
　라운드까지 있어, 그 이후는 란다
　무가 된다. 또, 라운드가 진출하면(자) 8파
　턴 이외의 패턴도 등장한다.
